Our price matching policy is designed to ensure you always get the best deal possible. If you find the same item for a lower price within 24 hours of your purchase, simply contact us, and we'll refund you the difference via a voucher to spend at incontinencesupermarket.co.uk. That way, you can buy with confidence knowing that you're getting the most value for your money.

How to get in touch

If you happen to find one of our products at a lower price on a competitor's website, you can easily claim a price match refund. To do so, simply send an email to pricematch@incontinencesupermarket.co.uk, providing the following details:

  • Your order numbers
  • The product code (SKU) from Incontinence Supermarket
  • The name of the competitor
  • The price of the competitor's product

Once we verify that the competitor's price is indeed lower than ours, we will either match their price or refund the difference to you. It's important to note that the price match refund will be issued as a voucher code. These credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be used towards any future purchases on our website.

Terms & Conditions

  • Our price match policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.
  • To qualify for a price match, the product's price must be publicly available.
  • We only honour the price when Incontinence Supermarket validates the claim.
  • The competitor's product must be identical to ours, including brand, model, and size.
  • The competitor must be based in the UK.
  • The item must be available for immediate delivery or collection and be in stock.
  • Please note that we do not price match resellers, marketplaces, auction sites, Amazon factory outlets, home shopping networks, or liquidation sales.
  • Our price match guarantee only applies to brand new products, and it excludes used or reconditioned items.
  • Pricing errors, typographical errors, affiliate offers, voucher codes, gift vouchers, and other discounts are not eligible for price match claims.
  • Rebates or benefits from competitor's price match promises are excluded, as well as competitions, free gifts, and giveaways.
  • Incontinence Supermarket's decision on price match claims is final.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw our price match guarantee at any time.
  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
