Our hassle free 14 day returns policy gives you reassurance if you change your mind or need an exchange. If you need to return an order to us for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return.

All returns must include a returns form inside the package. Without the returns form, we will not be able to process your return.

Not happy with your order? Please follow the instructions below to ensure we can process your return or exchange.

If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return unused goods in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. We reserve ourselves the right to hold the original delivery charges.

You have 14 days from when you received the goods to return the unwanted goods back to us for a refund or exchange. If you are returning goods to us, you must pay the return postage.

If your goods are damaged or faulty, you can return the goods to us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a full refund.

The goods must be unused and in the original packaging. If your order contains multiple items such as incontinence pads or pants, all the items in the package must be returned and not just the faulty item.

When returning goods, we recommend that you use a reputable courier company, that the postage is correct for the weight of the goods, and that you have selected an insured tracking service for the package.

We accept no liability for lost or damaged goods. If the goods do not have the correct postage, then we cannot accept any incurred postage charges.

Goods returned to us must be unopened and unused and we cannot accept opened packs or loose goods. Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on goods classed as washable or re-usable.

We will issue your refund within 7-14 days of us receiving the goods.
