Super Points

Super Points are our way of rewarding our customers for shopping with us. They are similar to supermarket reward points and are exclusively available to Incontinence Supermarket customers.

For every £1 you spend with us, you will earn 1 point. Each point has a value of 1p, so if you spend £50 with us, you will earn 50 points which have a value of 50p!

The Super Points you earn on each order will be valid for one year from the date of your order. Watch your points grow with every order!

The easiest way to spend your points is to apply them at checkout before you place your order. You can also apply them when you place an order over the phone. The value of your Super Points will be deducted from your order total.

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Shop and add your items to your basket.

3. Proceed to checkout where you can find your Super Points balance. If you have Super Points available, select how many you'd like to spend and click "Apply Points".
