On Tuesday 30th September staff at the Incontinence Supermarket offices held a Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Budding bakers worked hard the night before to create all kinds of tasty treats for sale on the day, with such a variety cupcakes, cakes and sweet loaves everyone was quick to fill their goody bags with a little of everything!

If you weren’t much of a sweet tooth there were still ways to get involved with the day. A tombola was held at our reception desk for customers and guests to have a chance at winning a prize. These included handmade pillows and scented lavender bags made especially for the cause.

A raffle was drawn at the end of the day, where the top prize was a pass for a spa day at a local hotel. We hope Sales Advisor, Annette enjoys her day!

At the end of the day, when prizes had all been handed out and the cake trays had been emptied we counted up the donations made from the cake sale, tombola, raffle, guess the number of sweets in the jar and small change collection pot.

In total, we raised a fantastic £612.06!

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in the day. To those who made cakes, donated raffle/tombola prizes and those who got stuck in with organising the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

This is a fantastic cause that has touched many who work in the Incontinence Supermarket offices. They all feel like they’ve helped to make a difference by raising such a fantastic amount for the charity and had an enjoyable time in the process.
