Description

Comfifast tights are ideal to aid the treatment of dermatological skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis (AD), psoriasis, and eczema. Comfifast Easywrap tights are manufactured using the highest quality materials and MultiStretch technology, making them durable and stretchable in all directions. The material does not change its properties even after multiple washes. The MultiStretch technology is ideally suited for applications that retention dressing. The tights retain their medicinal properties for up to 30 washes (maximum wash temperature of 60). Comfifast Easywrap tights are suitable for use with both dry and wet dressings.
